Breath is energy in motion and most of us seek to know ourselves when our energy and purpose feel stuck. When we have the space we need, the understanding, the safety, the insight, our breath can flow and we will follow.
With twenty years of experience as a relational psychologist I provide a holistic and integrated approach that allows you to tap into the wisdom of your mind and body. I will provide a healing environment in which you can become curious about yourself and the obstacles to your flow. We will work together to discover how your early relationships, core thoughts, and behaviors influence current relationships and functioning. The goal of my work is to assist you in better understanding how these foundational aspects of self can interfere with your ability to thrive. I integrate yogic teachings into my work to help you connect mind and body and balance the nervous system.
The world is a challenging place to navigate. Our nervous systems are on overload. Stress is at an all time high as are rates of depression and anxiety. You can write a different story. Build insight and start to restore your mind, body, and self to meet your highest potential.
I am also dedicated to providing healing spaces for psychologists, medical professionals, health care providers, and healers. Having empathy and compassion for yourself when engaged in the healing professions is essential to avoid burn-out and vicarious traumatization.
